As an important provider of diagnostic imaging to the community, we are here to reassure you that access to your essential medical testing needs remains available so that any treatment that you may need will not be delayed.

MSR is one of the few privately owned imaging facilities in New York City that is certified as an Article 28 facility, which means that it adheres to an additional level of requirements as specified by the NY Department of Health.  Some examples of these requirements are:

  • Separate waiting areas for general public and patients
  • Separate restrooms for public, patients, and staff
  • Larger corridors
  • Larger exam rooms
  • Enhanced air circulation and exhaust
  • Face masks are optional. If requested Main Street Radiology will be happy to provide one. We ask that you please wear a mask if you have a cough, fever, or feeling ill.
  • Patients will be given hand sanitizer or the opportunity to wash their hands before proceeding to the registration process upon request. 
  • Our facilities and equipment are cleaned and disinfected continuously using hospital-grade disinfectant

Our financial team will file your insurance claims for you and will fully attempt to help you receive the insurance benefits to which you are entitled. However, please note that you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
